Course description

Gentle Yoga: .A yoga course to practice gently and relax deeply. You will explore common yoga poses and routines. You will develop body awareness and strength, postural alignment and core stability. Other important aspects of yoga like mindfulness, breathing and relaxation will be considered.
You will be encouraged to work at your own level in a relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere, taking rests whenever you need to and adapting poses to suit your own needs. Wear loose comfortable clothing for this yoga class. You may like to bring a blanket or your own mat. Postures are practiced barefoot and you may wear non-slip yoga socks if you prefer. You will need complete a short questionnaire and other forms.

This course is for Women only. For students of any age, experience and ability who wish to practice gently and relax deeply. Not suitable during pregnancy. This yoga course will be in Surbiton.
