Hatha Yoga: The course aims to support you in exploring the basics of yoga to maintain fitness and flexibility of the mind and body. The course will help you with the following;

1. Coordination, posture, concentration, relaxation and well being
2. Allow you to work with awareness within your own body limits
3. Practise a variety of yoga postures, sequences, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to promote mind and body welfare
4. Handouts to assist with home practice and to remember sequences
5. Demonstration and gentle guidance The course will help you with the following;
