Many of us in our working environments have to manage relationships with clients, however generally, we are never specifically told what to do and are often left to our own devices to negotiate complex, nuanced relationships.
Using fundamental research from neuroscience and organisational psychology, this course is specifically designed to support you in managing clients effectively, providing a framework to resolve conflict, manage deadlines and get ideas signed off.
