The MSc in People and Organisational Development is fundamentally about understanding what makes you and other people tick – it brings into sharp focus the human dimension of organisational change and development and gives structure and shape to the unpredictability and irrationality of human behaviour in the face of change.
It is at the leading edge of OD and will provide you with a formidable set of tools with which to facilitate large-scale change initiatives.
