The learning and development department for Royal Cornwall Hospital is an establish City & Guilds assessment centre and has been delivering apprenticeships for the last 5 years. We are a specialist provider dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical skills training to our own staff. This is now being extended as an offer to health and care employers on Cornwall.

Training is designed to meet the needs of the employer, developing the skills required for current roles, future career developments and aspirations. The delivery team are highly skilled educators who have many years of clinical experience in a range of health and care settings. We ensure that safe and compassionate patient care is central to all aspects of our training.
