Suitability - Who should attend?

  • Higher Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Level-3 Qualification
  • Matures students should require minimum 3 years of appropriate work experience
  • International student whose first language is not English, have to score 5.5 or above in the IELTS Examination or in equivalent exam. Instead the students can take English test conducted by the IBT approved centres.

Unit3- Employee Relationship Management

This helps learners to study about how to manage employee relationship and how companies use to effectively manage all interactions with employees, ultimately to achieve the goals of the organization.

Unit4- Staffs Development and Training

This unit help learner to study about how can we improve staffs inter personnel skills , interaction skills through various training programmes.

Unit5- Introduction to managing performance

This unit help learner to improve their performance in an organisation. It will create an individual to assess them self about their performance, set objectives and goals, keep tracking of progress etc.
