Suitability - Who should attend?
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the beginning of the course.
- A learner with the age of 21or above must have prior experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Level 3 QCF/NQF diplomas or on level of GCSE/GCE or equivalent.
- If the learner is not from an English speaking country with, must provide evidence on language competency, either by having a score above 5.5 in IELTS or by taking a language proficiency test conducted by the delivery centre.

Unit1- Basics of logistics and supply chain
This unit focuses on how the term logistics is defined by sending the right product to the right customer and managing the supply chain to attain the efficiency.
Unit2- Understanding models for operations management
The aim of this unit is to help the learners to understand how maximum efficiency can be attained with the business which will lead to the productivity and profitability.
Unit3- Characteristics of organisation and management
This module helps the learners to understand how the set objectives can be attained by coordinating the work of the employees.
Unit4- Business economics
This unit helps the learners to focus on the issues that are related to the business organisation,market and the various strategies being used,.
Unit5- Operations and production management
The unit focuses on the various techniques used by the organisation to implement the ideas but also to get a productive outcome by transforming the resources into final goods.
Unit6- E-procurement
The term e procurement focuses on the interaction between the organisation through purchase and sale of supplies.
