Award in Mentoring Level 2: Gain a deeper understanding of the skills needed to become an effective mentor. Develop insights and skills for the role and practice of mentorship, be clear about mentor/mentee relationships, follow good practice, reflect on your own learning and work performance. In addition, you will understand the benefits of mentoring and the legal & ethical requirements.
