Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship: As a Business Administrator, you will develop a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behavioursthat can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public, private and charitable sectors. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. This willsupport your progression towards management responsibilities. As part of this apprenticeship, you will need topass an End Point Assessment at the end of your apprenticeship to show that you are competent in your role.

� An apprenticeship vacancy in your chosen area.� You will have an interview.� These will be set by the employer, but typically include 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above (plus a grade 3 (D) or above in English and maths).� You must pass an initial assessment in English & maths.
