Course description
Business BTEC Level 3: Develop the professional skills and understanding needed to succeed in a range of business roles in this varied sector. In this practical and work-related course, you will explore many key areas including marketing, human resources, finance and website design. To be considered for the course, you need to be enthusiastic and be prepared to work hard. You also complete an industry placement where you will spend time working in your chosen career area.

Suitability - Who should attend?
� 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including English & maths. If you do not have grade 4 (C) or above in both subjects the minimum for the other subject is grade 3 (D).orA full Level 2 at Pass grade or above with maths & English grades equivalent to those stated above.* * Students with grade 3 (D) or above in either English or maths will be expected to re-take that subject in Year 1.
