What will I learn?
Are you outgoing, interested in sales and giving customers the best shopping experience? On this course you will gain an insight in to ‘the growing retail industry. You will study customer relations, business planning, financial control, business networks and online sales. You will study this course as part of a programme which includes maths, English and work experience. Your structured work experience will be with loyal employers to help you prepare for employment. To be considered for the course you must be enthusiastic and be prepared to work hard.

What do I need to know?
• 2 GCSEs at grade 3 (D), to include English. Maths must be at grade 2 (E) or above.orA full Level 1 at Pass grade, plus a GCSE grade 3 (D) or above in English and a grade 2 (E) or above in maths.• You will have an interview and further assessment to check the course is right for you.
