Everything Vegan: Ever thought about trying a vegan diet but are unsure where to start? Whether you�re considering switching for ethical or health reasons or just because you�d like to know what its all about, then this could be the course for you. Join us for a ten week introduction to vegan cookery where you learn about the principles & ethics relating to the vegan lifestyle, have an introduction to the fresh & store cupboard ingredients required to produce tasty & impressive vegan dishes and the opportunity to plan, prepare & produce savoury and dessertdishes ranging from the most basic, to an impressive dinner party will need to provide your own ingredients every week, (please expect to spend an average of �5 per week) and a container to take your meals home. For the first week only, just bring a container as the ingredients will be provided.Discounts are available for multiple bookings of this course.
