Gardening for Pleasure: This practical gardening course is ideal whether you are new to gardening, wanting a career change or interested in building on your current will develop the basic skills you need to complete a range of gardening activities which will help you to improve your garden. You cover the following topics: planning your spring garden; compost & compost making; friends & foes in the garden; digging your soil, testing your soil; how to fertilise your garden; planting out techniques & plant maintenance and plant propagation, including taking cuttings & division of herbaceous perennials.
