Hatha Yoga for Everyone with Tony Byrne: This course is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It is ideal if you are new to yoga or have previous experience. The course uses the postures of yoga, breath awareness and meditation techniques to promote good physical and mental health. It can also help to relieve physical and mental stress and promote a balanced attitude to life.Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
