Introductory Sport Level 1: The course will give you an insight in to the industry of sport and recreation. It will enable you to develop skills and qualities needed for learning and working in sport and active leisure. The course will introduce you to topics such as how exercise affects the body, coaching skills and playing sport.

Suitability - Who should attend?
� 2 GCSEs at grade 2 (E) or above in both English & maths.� We will do an assessment to find out which course level is right for you.� A genuine interest in sport and recreation.
