What will I learn?
This qualification aims to develop an understanding of the importance of eating healthily and maintaining hydration, of food options and how to make healthy choices. It will help you plan a healthy diet for yourself and others and increase your understanding of eating disorders, the connections between food and feelings, and ways to seek help and support. Admission is by a short, informal discussion - please phone to register your interest. * Depending on your individual circumstances you may be eligible for a 100% fee reduction.
