Course description
Pathway to Level 3 or Employment: The main focus of this course is to provide you with the skills and confidence to take your career to the next level, progressing on to a Level 3 course or finding employment in an area of your choice. You may need to resit English or maths GCSE, in order to help meet the entry requirements of a Level 3 course next year. You will have the chance to try out a range of subjects linked to our main full-time courses which include Sport, Travel & Tourism, Childcare, IT, Business, Music and Horticulture. There will be lots of practical activities on offer, which will help to develop your personal, social and work skills. You also get the opportunity to gain valuable work experience that will enhance your chances of securing employment by the end of the course.

Suitability - Who should attend?
� 2 GCSEs at grade 3 (D), to include English. Maths must be at grade 2 (E) or above.orA BTEC Certificate/Extended Certificate/Diploma at Level 2 Pass or above, plus a GCSE grade 3 (D) or above in English.� You will have an interview and further assessment to check the course is right for you.� A positive attitude, a willingness to try new things and enthusiasm for learning.
