Preventing Violence in the Workplace Level 2 Award: This qualification is suitable if you work with customers and service users where there is a slight risk of having to deal with potentially violent and aggressive individuals. It indicates you can undertake a specific role in the workplace and may be relied upon by employers. You will learn about the legal aspects of work related violence, how to identify common risks & control factors and be able to recognise & manage incidents of aggressive & abusive is not suitable if you are likely to have to break away or physically intervene with violent individuals.Assessment for this course is through an externally marked multiple choice question paper.
