Surviving the Season: The winter months can leave us longing for sunshine and long days, so food is a fantastic way of boosting our mood and helping us through the dark evenings. Immerse yourself in planning and preparing one-pot winter warmers and comforting, indulgent desserts using seasonal, budget-friendly ingredients. We will offer hints and tips on making your Christmas lunch go without a hitch, and practise some festive recipes that will please all your family and friends. The season, of course, is a time for giving, so we will prepare some lovelyedible gifts that can be enjoyed by will need to provide your own ingredients every week, (please expect to spend an average of �5 per week) and a container to take your meals home. For the first week only, just bring a container as the ingredients will be provided.Discounts are available for multiple bookings of this course.
