Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management (QCF) - ILM
The online Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is an ILM accredited qualification, which will help you to become an outstanding leader. It is ideal if you currently have management responsibilities, or aspire to take them on in your future career, currently have no formal training and are serious about self-development. Its innovative delivery method means you can study at times to suit you and fast track your progression. A one-day induction is offered but not mandatory in order to support you as you start your qualification.
Suitability - Who should attend?
You need to be over 16, have 5 grade A-C (9-4) GCSE's including Maths and English or equivalent, BKSB IA Level 2 Literacy, Numeracy and ICT. You must also be working in a suitable job role to facilitate the completion of the diploma.
To be eligible for funding for this course you need to:
- Be aged 19- 23
- Lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
- Must currently reside in England
- Have not completed any previous study at L3 (A-levels) or above
Outcome / Qualification etc.
An ILM Level 3 Certificate will be issued on satisfactory submission of all 12 units.
