Sharon's Career Change with Souters
How Sharon said 'goodbye' to 12-hour days
and 'hello' to a new career
Sharon, having worked some years in the fashion industry, was ready for a change. She had been working long 12-hour days on high-demand projects.
In the wake of her resolution, Sharon dove right into a new project: finding the right career, training programme and provider. Sharon began to research the various industries, job possibilities and the qualifications necessary to get the job she wanted. After settling on a career as an executive assistant and visiting a few training providers, Sharon discovered Souters and their Executive PA Diploma.
Ultimately, the training programme at Souters was the most transparent, the most flexible and the most interactive. Sharon was able to make a decision on her own terms, without sales pressure. Once the course began, it was obvious that she had made the right choice. Throughout the course, Sharon had all of the resources required to succeed, such as free and unlimited access to knowledgeable tutors, assistance in developing a stand-out CV and career guidance.
In just a matter of months, Sharon had the confidence, skills and qualification to transition into a new career and work as a professional executive assistant. As a direct consequence of the Souters Executive PA Diploma, Sharon now works as Executive Assistance to the CEO and Group Strategy Director of Aviva PLC. Moreso, having the right skills and diploma helped Sharon to enter the field at the highest level, rather than the shower alternative of working her way up.
In the future, Sharon hopes to gain more responsibility in her current role and plans to achieve this with additional career training with Souters.
