This course will start off by briefing you on cake baking. You will then understand how to undertake cake decorating projects from customers and to use advanced techniques to decorate the cake as per their preference. The various cake recipes and cake decorating methods and styles will also be given due attention through this course to further solidify your knowledge on the subject.

This course is also ideal for individuals aspiring to set up their own cake baking and decorating business, as every aspect needed to run a successful cake decorating business will be discussed in detail through this course, followed by modules that will guide you on how to pack and distribute cakes. By the end of this course, you will walk away with an esteemed certification in cake decorating that will greatly help you progress within the industry.

Method of Assessment

At the end of the Advanced Diploma in Cake Decorating Level 3 you will be evaluated through written assignments.
