Course description
Introduction
This course is an introduction to accounting methods and principles, giving you the skills, knowledge and understanding to progress to a career in accounting. The course covers making and recording payments, recording income and receipts, preparing balance sheets, computerised accounts and IT. You'll also develop functional skills in numeracy and IT.
Assessment
You'll be assessed throughout the year through computer-based assessments and projects.
