Course description
Introduction
This course is a perfect introduction to business studies if you want an administrative job or to work in retail. This is a work-related qualification. It will give you the chance to gain knowledge, understanding and skills that are important in a business environment. You'll study a variety of business topics such as business documentation, customer service and preparing for work. As part of the course, you'll work on a group project creating an event and implementing the ideas to help fundraise for a local organisation - giving you genuine experience on driving up interest and awareness in a business idea.
Assessment
You'll be assessed throughout the year through coursework and exams.
