Course description
Introduction
A great introduction to understanding how electricians work. You'll learn the basics of electrics in the home. You'll also study cable management systems like chunking and conduits in industrial set ups. You'll have visits to trade shows to help you see the latest developments in the industry. Our guest speakers will give you the inside view of what it's like to achieve and earn in the sector and what makes you attractive to employers.
Assessment
You'll complete theory workbooks and practical assignments.
Next Steps
Progress on to one of our Level 2 courses and improve your knowledge of electrics or look for an apprenticeship and earn while you learn.
