The Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
IOSH have the highest entry standards. Members follow a strict Code of Conduct and a formal professional development programme. Most importantly, members are passionate about protecting people.
If you're hiring for a H&S role, asking for the right category of IOSH membership shows that you're serious about finding a professional. It also means that IOSH can verify the H&S qualifications and skills of your consultants - for free.
Chartered Safety and Health Practitioners are senior strategic H&S managers capable and qualified to work in any business or risk sector. Businesses, employers and recruitment consultants are already well used to looking for professionals with Chartered membership. They recognise Chartered status as shorthand for 'best in class' and they know they'll get the highest professional standards from a Chartered individual.
