I found Emotional Intelligence and Crisis Management elements of the programme very useful. I now understand my impact on others.

As a result of this training, I will now be able to motivate my team better by finding out what motivates them.

I am now going to use Emotional Intelligence with colleagues and team members and check on what state they are in so I can adapt mine accordingly.
