At SquareOne Training we take pride in designing Spreadsheets for our customers, so we were delighted to be asked to design a solution to track staff courses and KPI alerts. This spreadsheet was implemented in 2018, but completely changed the way the company worked and made the data not only accurate but trackable.

After the success of this, we have been recommended to other departments and have created a spreadsheet that links to live data on the plant that will then produce graphs and timelines automatically without the need to reproduce the data and redesign each month in different formats.

This month we completed a real time tracker for monitoring the schedules and delivery of orders.
