- Be able to review the level of Business Intelligence that is available in their organisation, with regards to Procurement and Supply Chain data and implement change if required.
- Have an understanding of Artificial Intelligence, (AI) and Machine Learning.
- Recognise and be able to review existing skill sets versus procurement skill sets that will be required going forwards.
- Have an appreciation of Cyber Security and an awareness of standards, process, procedures, tools and techniques that can be used to protect their supply chains.
- Consider how Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things, (IoT), can add value / deliver competitive advantage for their organisations.
Training Course Content
For all delegates to:
- Understand the concept of Big Data and Datafication and its significance in shaping future procurement functions.
- To have an appreciation of Artificial Intelligence, (AI), Machine Learning and the importance of quality Business Intelligence, (BI), to be able to competitively manage your Procurement function in future.
- To understand the skill sets that Procurement staff will need in 2-3 years’ time.
- To have an appreciation of Cyber Security, the effect of Big Data and the necessity to ensure secure Supply Chains.
- To have an appreciation of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things, (IoT) and how they are delivering competitive advantage in the market place.
Course delivery details
Our trainers are all FCIPS / MCIPS qualified teachers who have extensive experience of numerous industries, e.g. Automotive, Retail, Food, Finance and the Public Sector to name a few. Collectively our training team have delivered Procurement and Supply Chain Training courses to hundreds of delegates, both domestically and globally, over the last 10 years.
