The Business Practice for Complementary Therapies (ITEC) is a two-day course which is designed for all therapists including complementary, beauty, hairdressing as well as counsellors and practitioners, to prepare a business plan for a complementary therapy practice.

Whilst enrolled upon the course you will write your own business plan, which will include the following information:

- Competitor analysis
- Corporate image and design
- Premises
- Products, services and prices
- Financial planning
- Legal requirements
- Marketing and communication
