Starting Off - Apprenticeship Training

Starting Off is a recruitment and training company helping local employers recruit and develop talented Apprentices.

During the last 27 years over 5000 local young people have launched their careers with Starting Off. Many of our early Apprentices are now managers or run their own businesses and come back to us, the people who helped them start off their own careers.

All of our Apprentices work for companies who value Apprenticeships and allow their Apprentice to leave the workplace to get some good quality training. For some that's on a weekly basis, for others it's to attend a monthly workshop, but everyone on our Apprenticeship programmes gets training away from the workplace to add to the on the job coaching and development.
