Microsoft Outlook refers to a personal information managing programme which is available in the Microsoft office package. It offers features such as webmail, calendar, contacts, personal journal and web browsing. Microsoft outlook can be used by an individual for personal use or it can be used by multiple users, typically in a workplace, to share folders and files, share mailboxes and calendar. Team members and departmental employees can use Microsoft Outlook to keep one another organised and informed of the activities of the organisation. You can get productive with your time by allowing all your tasks to be handled automatically and systematically through outlook.

With the busy lifestyles of people in this fast paced world, a programme like outlook could be defined as a lifesaver. Outlook can assist you in your personal as well as work life. Therefore, it will be helpful if you know at least the basics of operating Outlook. This course in Outlook 2016 is here to provide you with the very basic knowledge and skills needed to operate outlook. You will be taught on how to format and send emails, manage incoming messages, track messages and to recall and resend messages. This is the first stage in Mastering outlook. Access duration

The course will be directly delivered to you, and you have 12 months access to the online learning platform from the date you joined the course. The course is self-paced and you can complete it in stages, revisiting the lectures at any time.

Method of assessment

At the end of the course, you will have one assignment to be submitted (you need a mark of 65% to pass) and you can submit the assignment at any time. You will only need to pay £19 for assessment and certification when you submit the assignment. You will receive the results within 72 hours of submittal, and will be sent a certificate in 7-14 days if you have successfully passed.
