Watercolour - Painting Seascapes (SFY)

This 1-day course will through a series of practical exercises and demonstrations establish a range of watercolour techniques which can be used when painting a seascape

What will we cover?

Trying different techniques to help you understand movement, colour and various methods used to represent the sea. You will learn and practice the use of line, tone, colour, texture and composition.
Gain confidence in using wash techniques, dry brush etc. and be encouraged to take part in group discussions. Have access to one to one support.
The overall aim is to help you develop and complete a painting of the sea using the techniques practiced.
