To be able to meet targets, KPIs for the team must be established in order to manage performance. This interactive course will develop participant skills in order to forecastnbsp;future sales, plan future operations, introduce change and work with a team to successfully fulfil a role.

This course is designed for everyone who has attended the TACK Sales Management course – ideally within 3-6 months of the original course.
