Training Course Content
Our program includes the following:
- A kick-off call prior to the start of the training. This will cover:
- What to expect from the course
- How much study time you will need to set aside
- How to apply to sit the exam (we will also review your application if needed)
- Any pre-course questions you may have
- A chance to meet the rest of your team on the course
- A 36-hour (12 x 3-hour sessions) live instructor-led online training course, covering each process and knowledge area in depth, helping you to make sense of the PMBOK.
- A WhatsApp support group
- Post-course Study Review - We will come back together before your exam to discuss any final areas you may need support on, and particular questions or knowledge areas you are struggling with.
