Our objective is to reach out to all sectors of industry by providing high quality, effective training courses that meets and exceeds industry minimum standards.
Our founder, Terry Martin, has over 25 year’s experience within Health and safety encompassing many disciplines including Retail, Care, Manufacturing, Engineering, Financial, Leisure and above all Construction. Terry is now retired but still plays an active role as Non-Executive Chairman to the company.
TAM Training Services seeks to address the key issues facing the Construction Industry through innovative training techniques and by employing highly qualified industry specific Training staff.
We currently have a pool of CITB in-house and Associate Trainers that cover all the major Site Safety plus disciplines from the Health and Safety 1 day Awareness to the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course.
Terry himself holds Grad IOSH status having achieved a Level 5 H&S qualification in Construction. All our Trainers hold relevant industry qualifications and membership of relevant organizations.
