Open Courses

Open courses are conveniently delivered at TFC's Gatwick Airport training centre.  With easy access to transportation, delegates from a diverse range of sectors can network and share experiences.  For a maximised learning experience class sizes are limited to 8-12 participants.  We provide workbooks, tools and checklists for use in the workplace.

In-House Courses

All open courses can be customised and delivered in-house. By working to adapt and create custom content and emphasis, TFC can offer companies a cost-effective solution that best fits the needs and goals of each organisation. Such bespoke trainings have been delivered globally and offer additional support such as programme adminsitration, learner support, delegate call-up, blended solutions and professional qualifications.

The Founder, Philip Albon

Philip Albon founded TFC in 1994 with the aim to "enable organisations to drive successful change through the provision of consulting skills and practical techniques.” Philip has 25 years of experience in consulting, selling and delivering practical solutions around the globe. Among his professional experiences are working with Coopers & Lybrand and Beaufort Management Consultants, authoring articles on change, consultancy and development including the titles, Human Resources Development and  Business Strategy and Consulting for Dummies.
