Successful learners who complete all training requirements at one of BFIM recognised centres receive a qualification as follows:

- Level 5 Extended Diploma in Facilities Management (120 credits) - forms parthway in Higher Level Apprenticeships in Facilities Management
Training Course Content
To be qualified at QCF Level 5 and receive a IWFM qualification in Facilities Management, learners are required to complete one the following schemes:
- Level 5 Award: 1 mandatory unit (6 credits) + additional 6 credits
- Level 5 Certificate: 2 mandatory units (14 credits) + additional 10 credits
- Level 5 Diploma: 5 mandatory units (32 credits) + additional 16 credits
- Level 5 Extended Diploma: 6 mandatory units (38 credits) + additional 82 credits
