Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor
This apprenticeship will build the capabilities of current or aspiring managers. It develops core skills to be a successful team leader and manager in a fast-changing environment. The success of this programme is not just measured by the skills apprentices develop, but by the impact they have in their job role and on the organisation. This apprenticeship will develop the core leadership and management skills including exploring different leadership styles, managing a team, operational management theories, finance, and project management
