Senior Leader (Level 7 Apprenticeship)

The Senior Leader (Masters) apprenticeship will be delivered through a combination of in-house and offsite training at local centres, and includes CMI accreditation.

Training is made up of tasks and exercises that develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours within the standards, contextualised to each workplace.

Each apprentice has, in addition to completion of unit assignments, to complete a practical work-based project based on the Leadership role in order to pass The Learning Institute's MA Values-Led Leadership as part of the Gateway assessment. The Learning Institute provides face-to-face and/or online support in the form of seminars, Q&A sessions, and coaching and access to online CMI resources.

Following Initial Needs Assessment, an individualised programme for the 20% off-the-job training time is agreed with the employer. The Learning Institute will provide advice and guidance to the employer on the best way to arrange and support an apprentice, and assist in preparing the apprentice for End Point Assessment.
