Course description
Team Leader (Level 3 Apprenticeship)
The Team Leader apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of in-house and offsite training at local venues, and includes a CMI qualification. Apprentices will also get CMI support and membership.
Training is made up of tasks and exercises that develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours within the standards, contextualised to each workplace. The Learning Institute provides face-to-face and/or online support in the form of seminars, Q&A sessions, and coaching and access to online CMI resources.
Following Initial Needs Assessment, an individualised programme for the 20% off-the-job training time is agreed with the employer. The Learning Institute will provide advice and guidance to the employer on the best way to arrange and support an apprentice, and assist in preparing the apprentice for End Point Assessment.
