What will I learn?
This course is for anyone with previous experience of qualifications in the hospitality industry who wants to further their academic training to work effectively as a professional chef. In this course students will enhance their knowledge to an advanced level; learning to plan, prepare, cook and finish dishes, as well as learning advanced cooking and preparation techniques for a variety of ingredients including meat, poultry, fish, seafood and vegetable based dishes.

What do I need to know?
Students should have a level 2 qualification in Professional cookery or experience working in the hospitality and catering sector as well as a level 2 qualification in English and Math. Students should have a passion for the hospitality industry.
