What will I learn?

CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law and PracticeStudents enrolled on UCEN Manchester’s CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice are required to complete one practice unit, along with the corresponding law unit. In addition, students must undertake both mandatory professional skills units and are able to choose any two other law units. CILEx Graduate Fast-track DiplomaStudents enrolled on UCEN Manchester’s CILEx Graduate Fast-track Diploma are asked to complete two Level 6 practice units (one of which must be linked to a module studied in their qualifying law degree). In addition, students must also complete the Level 6 Client Care Skills unit.CILEx Level 6 Certificate in Law (single subject certificate)Students enrolled on UCEN Manchester’s CILEx Level 6 Certificate in Law are asked to choose and complete any one of the Level 6 practice or law units.Please refer to the “What will I be studying?” section for a list of the practice and law units offered by UCEN Manchester.Teaching staff have both academic and professional legal qualifications and industry experience as practitioners in the legal sector.At level 6, all the required reading can be found in the relevant CILEx subject manuals.These can be purchased in hard copy format and it is essential that students acquire the manual prior to the start of each unit.The manuals can be purchased online at:Click on “course manuals for CILEx exams”
