Designed for those who are already employed in a marketing support role, or whose job sees them working with a variety of marketing elements, this Level 4 Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is an ideal way to advance your skills and deepen your understanding of the discipline. You’ll study a range of different units, with a core focus on marketing as the key driver of success in today’s dynamic organisations. You’ll dive deeper into concepts and tools and learn how to apply these to deliver results. During the Integrated Communications module, you’ll develop key abilities to communicate with internal stakeholders and customers, whilst the Customer Experience module will help you further understand customers in a variety of contexts and enable you to enhance their experiences with a business or brand. After developing advanced and relevant knowledge, skills and understanding of marketing, you’ll be able to perform effectively in the workplace and continue on your career path as a professional marketer.

What do I need to know?
To enrol on this course, you’ll need to have either the CIM Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Marketing, or another, relevant Level 3 qualification. Alternatively, you may have a UK degree and professional practice experience of at least one year.
