What will I learn?
This course is a great starting point if you have an interest in working in the hospitality industry and want to develop your skills. Students will learn how to prepare and cook food in a variety of ways, as well as take on elective units to enhance their knowledge on kitchen equipment and nutrition.

What do I need to know?
Students should have GCSE grades 3-9 or have some experience working in the hospitality and catering industry. Students should have attained or be working towards their English and Math qualifications and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
