This 90-credit, Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism is an exciting and demanding qualification that will help you develop the skills and expertise to forge one of a number of rewarding careers in the industry. You’ll learn all about the entire travel and tourism business, understanding how it operates and why it’s so successful. You’ll cover all aspects of the industry, from marketing destinations to the transportation infrastructure required to get passengers there. You’ll focus on customer service too, exploring how travel agents operate and the roles and responsibilities of holiday reps abroad. You’ll look closer at the kinds of entertainment provided to holiday makers and even get to research a number of countries and destinations in the UK, Europe and long-haul!
