Springboard is for women who want to take control, become more assertive, increase their confidence & build themselves a more positive attitude in both their work and home lives.
The programme gives you the time to reflect, share and most importantly, set achievable goals for now and the future. Working across 48 countries, we take like-minded individuals on a transformational journey, as well as positively helping organisations change and reshape.

The Springboard Women’s Development training course is designed for women from all backgrounds, ages and stages of their lives. It allows women to enhance their own skills and abilities, challenge power and equality, while building confidence, assertiveness and a positive image.
For employers, the Springboard training course can be used as part of a solution to address issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It also develops talent for the future, helping employers to build pipelines of diverse talent and address issues of the Gender Pay Gap.

Training Course Content
DAY ONE - Be the authentic you
This workshop gets you starting to think about who you are, what differences gender makes and what that means for others. The workshop encourages the formation of coaching partnerships and networking within the group which gives inspiration and positivity.
DAY TWO - Taking control
This workshop explores the change process and taking control. It also explores core values and beliefs and how these are key in effective goal setting and decision making.
DAY THREE - Assertiveness
This workshop explores the importance of building self-esteem by valuing individual achievements
DAY FOUR - The future
This final workshop focuses on how the learning can be implemented for the future, effective communications, presenting yourself positively and developing your personal brand.
