One of the greatest skills a salesperson can have is the ability to clearly communicate the facts a customer needs in order to make a choice and to deliver a pitch with authenticity. These two skills can greatly contribute to successful sales. This workshop helps participants look at their sales presentation through the eyes of the buyer, match their style to customer needs and deliver it in a manner that will impress customers enough that they will buy. What works for some, doesn’t work for others and it is important for salespeople to examine their approach and explore ways they can improve and adapt to changing environments.
