If you’re not happy - we won’t invoice you. The purpose of this workshop is to enable you to tap into your teams’ skills, knowledge and abilities by using a coaching style of management.

The day will be a mixture of theory, practical exercises and discussion. Content can be adjusted to suit your organisation, just ask!

Suitability - Who should attend?

This course is useful for managers who want to develop their skills in a supportive 'coaching' style of management. This is a style of management based on asking questions rather than giving direction and at times is the most useful style to adopt. 
It's also useful for delegates who would like to become business coaches or develop a coaching style of training. 

Training content

The day will be a mixture of theory, practical exercises and discussion. The course is tailored to suit your business needs, but here are a few of the topics that can be covered within it:

  • What’s the difference between coaching, mentoring, counselling, training? 
  • Defining coaching
  • The push/pull model for supporting staff
  • Discussion about coaching 
  • What does it take to be a great coach?
  • Listening skills
  • Practice session
  • Giving feedback
  • The GROW model for coaching
  • Useful questions for the GROW model
  • Coaching sessions to encourage implementation

Outcome / Qualification etc.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing this course.


Prices start from £795 per day. This includes all phone calls, planning, admin, preparation, design, delivery, training packs, copy write of the materials for the future and an email copy of the notes by request.
