We will render full guidance for recruitment and selection drive of apprentices in Customer services and Business administration with
1. Initial assessments and guide for interviews and records them
2. Diagnostic assessment and feedback to classify the apprentice in to group
3. Trainings about new apprenticeship standards and specifications
4. Preparing Individualised Learning Plans
We develop a training plan for apprentice and employer needs in accordance with the new standards.
